Plain-language terms for orders placed by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our Khanda Colony shop.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any order you place with Shree Siddhanath Milk ("we", "us", "the shop"), whether by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our Khanda Colony store. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
We sell milk, paneer, ghee, dahi, khoya, butter and related dairy products, at both wholesale and retail quantities. Prices follow prevailing dairy market rates and can change without notice, particularly for milk, ghee and khoya. The rate confirmed at the time of billing is the rate that applies to that order.
Orders can be placed by phone, WhatsApp, or in person. We confirm quantity, rate and delivery details directly with you before dispatch. Delivery is currently limited to Khanda Colony and nearby parts of New Panvel, and timing depends on our daily production schedule.
We accept cash and UPI/QR payment at the shop. Regular wholesale customers may run a standing account, with balances recorded in our billing register — the same format as the invoices we hand out in-store. Any outstanding balance shown on an invoice is due as agreed with the shop.
Our products are perishable and prepared or packed the same day wherever possible. Please check items on delivery or pickup. If something isn't right — short quantity, a quality issue — let us know the same day so we can replace it or adjust your bill.
Shree Siddhanath Milk operates under FSSAI License No. 11521024001387 and follows applicable food safety practices for a licensed dairy retailer and wholesaler.
We take care in sourcing and handling our products, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delayed delivery, stock shortages, or issues outside our reasonable control — for example, supply disruptions or transport delays.
We may update these Terms as our services change. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it's updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raigad district, Maharashtra.
